Remember that scarf I started crocheting while I was still knitting another scarf? Well, it’s finally done and just in time for winter (or it looks like it’s gonna be a lot of rain instead of snow).

It ended up being almost two metres long and a bit heavy but the weight actually helps keep the scarf in place. Which is very useful in windy Helsinki.

Crocheting this scarf has been incredibly therapeutic in the past few months when I’ve been stressing over my thesis and trying to process everything that’s going on in the world. I can honestly recommend crocheting and other crafts to calm the mind. Have you been crafting during quarantine and lockdown?
